Climate
The Honduras climate is separated into three different sections. The three are: the Caribbean lowlands, Pacific lowlands, and the Interior highlands. In the Caribbean lowlands, the climate is very tropical and also very humid. The temperatures here are very high most of the time. The Pacific and Caribbean lowlands have similar daytime temperatures ranging from 28 to 32 degrees Celsius throughout most of the year. This temperature is kept throughout most of the year beside December and January, where it gets colder in the Caribbean due to cold winds. However, the Pacific lowland has a dry season between November through April and during the April, the temperatures tend to rise. This is also considered their summer. The Interior highlands have a tropical climate and as the elevation increases, the temperature decreases. During April, the temperatures are around 30 degrees, but during January, the temperature drops to 25 degrees Celsius. During the night, the temperatures can get to a freezing point as well during the month of January.
